HOLY COW,
its HOLY FRIDAY


I really had a hard time sleeping last night. I had a headache that made me feel intense pain. Perhaps, it is because my cerebral arteries dilated or it just the reaction to the drugs that I used. It made me feel so anxious and of course, unhappy. Anyhow, I was still able to sleep but only just for few hours. Thus, it made my illness get worse. Last day, I was just having colds not I got fever too.

But that would not stop my Viernes Santo. I watched the Seven Last Words shown on the television, ABS-CBN of course. After that, I also watched the hit comeback movie of John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo, You Changed my Life. For the meantime, I would not show any reactions I had towards the movie. Instead, I will write a movie review. There you will see if I raised my eyebrows or sang them with praises for the job well done. Just watch out for that.
We had our dinner then visited the church in the city proper. I have never seen the church like that before. Perhaps, it is just because it has been a long time since I have been to the church. It is not because I do not go to church but because I was in Iloilo for three months. Back to the story, the line even reached the school beside the church, the NDTG not the NDTC. I salute the staying power of these people who really waited several minutes or hours for them to be able to get inside the church and see our LORD. I just actually hope that these people do not just go to church every Holy Week but also for the other days of the year. I wish they would attend masses during Sundays and also participate in the other activities of the Church. LADIES and GENTS: The LORD is always there waiting for you with his arms wide open.


After visiting the church, we went to the parish church in our place. visit There we saw some of our family friends who are also member of the Couples for Christ Family Ministry. After having short talks with these people, we went inside the church to see BRO there. I kissed HIM and made a short prayer. I adored HIM for HIS greatness and glory. I asked forgiveness for the sins I have done. I thanked HIM for the blessings HE has showered upon us. Then, I asked that HE would continue to embrace our family with HIS unconditional love.

Then, we went home. We watched MMK Good Friday Special. We felt the call of our bodies to rest. So, we went to bed and had a deep sleep.
